Reacting to degrading social value, moral standard and along with the rising juvenile delinquency, Fubon Cultural and Educational Foundation (FCEF), supported by the Fubon Group, was established in 1990. Teenager welfare is the primary goal for FCEF, and therefore a series of campaigns has been undertaken to infuse the society with positive value, lifestyle and individual growth. From the promotion of gender education, parent-and-children communication, life education, media literacy education in the early years, to the call for international promotion of the “Young Voice” project in 2005, FCEF has always managed to keep abreast of the times. FCEF aims to conduce to the physical and mental wellbeing for young people. Through cultural publications, broadcasting, workshops, campus and community lectures… various promotional activities; FCEF successfully helps young people to build proper values and positive goals in life.
